Our The Power of Three SAK is all about separation of powers. This social action kit corresponds to our Lobbying Collective’s model legislation that demands that the Colorado Department of Corrections be required to follow the Administrative Procedures Act just like every other government agency has to. This law is designed to keep executive agencies from exercising too much power, which is an important function of the constitutional separation of powers doctrine.
